ParProof

ParProof is a custom proof­-management platform WeByte built from the ground up to eliminate Landmark Studio’s paper-and-email bottlenecks. Users simply log in, upload their proof requests (PDFs or images), and add project details. On the backend, our Firebase-powered system instantly notifies designers by email whenever a new request arrives. Designers then review proofs in a clean, intuitive dashboard, update the status (e.g. “In Review,” “Approved,” “Needs Revision”), and trigger automated notification emails to the assigned sales rep. Once approved, completed proofs are uploaded directly into ParProof—so every version lives in one secure, searchable place.

Built single-handedly by WeByte using Next.js, Firebase Firestore & Storage, and cloud functions for real-time updates and email workflows, ParProof gives Landmark Studio a true “single source of truth” for proofs, slashing review cycles and keeping everyone on the same page.
